An evolving reality

DigiDevice is a company operating in the field of electronic automation and weighing systems for the agricultural and industrial markets.
A team of collaborators with more than 20 years of experience in the field is employed at the production site in Calvisano (BS), which occupies a covered area of 2400 square meters.
Continuous investments in research and development and collaboration with leading agricultural machinery manufacturers have made DigiDevice a global partner with a broad portfolio of solutions for OEM customers around the world.

DigiDevice establishment

2004 – DigiDevice starts its business in a small building thanks to three people united by the passion for electronics. In these years the first DigiDevice load cells were born.

First weight indicators

2005 – The first electronic weighing systems are produced and placed on the market; this helps DigiDevice to constantly grow within the agricultural and industrial sector

Electronic controls

2006 – DigiDevice expands its product range with the first controls for round balers. Later on, the product lines for dosing gets started.

Headquarters transfer

2007 – DigiDevice expands with headquarters able to support the development of the company’s activities, focused on solutions for agriculture, on a national and global scale.

Products range extension

2010 – DigiDevice develops a new range of electronic controls for agricultural machinery. The aim is to simplify the definition of systems and the control of machine functions. Other industrial-oriented devices are added to the range.

First international fair

2013 – DigiDevice participates for the first time in an international fair with products for agricultural machinery. The success of the proposed solutions opens up new paths in international markets.

ISO 9001 certification

2015 – DigiDevice obtains the certification of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard, confirming the aim to continuously improve business processes for the benefit of customers.

New headquarters

2018 – DigiDevice inaugurates the current company headquarters, with a covered area of 2,400mq. In recent years, the company’s positions on various markets have been consolidated.

New product lines

2020 – DigiDevice expands its product range with new ECUs and indicators oriented to focus on interoperability and interconnection.

ISOBUS and weighing range extension

2021 – Solutions for control of ISOBUS implements with variable rate management are consolidated. Interconnection via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth™ completes products renewal.

DigiDevice Anniversary: 20 Years

2024 – DigiDevice celebrates 20 years of business with renewed enthusiasm, looking towards the future aware that the achievements are the result of collaboration with customers and the extraordinary DigiDevice team.

CERTIFICATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

Federazione Nazionale Costruttori Macchine per l’Agricoltura. Association of the Italian manufacturers of agricultural machines, tractors, components, gardening machines.

Since many years, DigiDevice is an associated company of Federunacoma and partecipates to the events promoted by the association all over the world.

The Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation (AEF) is an independent organization created with the aim to improve cross-manufacturer compatibility of electronic and electric components in agricultural equipment, and to establish transparency about compatibility issues.

DigiDevice produces and markets a range of products which have passed the tests and can have the AEF ISOBUS certification label .

Certificazione Dekra Digidevice

DigiDevice has obtained the quality management system certification according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard (certificated by Dekra).

The ISO 9001:2015 standard was adopted as a management model to show to its customers the company’s ability to keep under control and improve the main activities, from design to assistance.

This is carried out in the creation of a product with excellent technical-functional features and in a service that can satisfy requests of the end user.
